1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (double if making one large cheese ball)
1/4 cup green pepper chopped fine
1 T. season salt
2 T. green onion chopped fine
Combine in a mixer using the dough hook. Chill for 10-20 minutes. Form cheese balls and roll in chopped walnuts. Make 1 large or 4 small cheese balls.
