Almond Joy Bars


1 1/2 cups karo syrup
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water

Bring to a boil and cook to a soft ball stage (228 - 230 degrees). Remove from heat and add:

1 tsp coconut flavoring
2 Tbsp flour
3 cups coconut
1/2 tsp vanilla

Roll into balls. Press almond into center. Cool
Dip into melted milk chocolate. (Handle with wet hands)
